Our Carmichael Street family development is comprised of 50 units total.

Our Birch Street development is comprised of 110 units. It is split into 60 family units, and 50 elderly or disabled units.
Family units are two stories and are available in 2, 3, or 4 bedrooms. They feature basements, open-concept kitchens, along with two playgrounds and plenty of space for recreation.
Elderly and disabled units are available in 1 bedroom or efficiency.
Our Howard Street elderly and disabled development is comprised of 25 units. All units are one-story.
These units are available in either 1 or 2 bedrooms, and feature finished decks, coin-operated laundry facilities, and attractive foliage for a pleasant, quiet experience.
Located off of Academy St, these units are in close proximity to both the Northern Light A.R. Gould hospital and the Presque Isle Bike Path.
